By accessing and using Zackcast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Zackcast provides curated headline boards, email newsletters, and original explainer articles. Third-party headlines are attributed to their publishers and link to those publishers' websites. We do not claim ownership of third-party reporting, and we do not republish full third-party articles on Zackcast.

Our explainers on markets and economics are educational and informational only. They are not investment advice, and we are not a registered investment adviser.

3. Use Licence

You may access the Service for personal, non-commercial use. Under this licence you may not:

• Republish our original articles elsewhere without permission
• Use the Service to scrape, mirror, or redistribute third-party content in violation of publishers' rights
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software behind the Service
• Remove copyright or attribution notices from our materials
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a way that degrades it for others

4. Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property

Headlines, teasers, thumbnails, and links displayed on our boards remain the property of their respective publishers, and are shown with attribution and an outbound link to the source.

If you are a rights holder and believe content on Zackcast infringes your rights, write to editorial@zackcast.com with the specific URL and we will review it promptly.

5. Accounts

Some features require an account, including newsletter preferences. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We do not currently charge for any part of the Service.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zackcast makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Headlines may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zackcast and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including decisions made on the basis of headlines or our explainers.

8. Third-Party Links

The Service links to third-party publishers and partners. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites, and the presence of a link is not an endorsement.

9. Modifications

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
